Can you reset buff timers before they run out?

Brought this up in the past, Derrick stated you cannot reset buff/debuff timers. Just have to wait for the buff/debuff to run out before it can be reapplied.

I looked through the OSI code briefly on this but would need to take more time to see if this is correct. I was of the understanding that you cannot reapply debuffs and I think the inability to reapply buffs derived from that., although I'm not recalling if there were prior findings on this or not.

This should be looked into more.

if you have the demo just time how long a buff takes to wear off, then try it again and reset the buff a few seconds before.

with 50 magery a buff wouldnt last long at all, this would take maybe 1-2 minutes to find out from starting a char
