if you just hogging the space it just seems like a dick move. Maybe deed + 2 smalls if the spot can be turned into a keep or castle but other wise it seems excessive. <shrug> do what you want but this is exactly why ppl bitch about the messed up housing situation here.

900k for two smalls to pave the way a keep makes no sense

keep deed = 665k + 900k = 1,565k - 88 (deeds) =~1.5m

you can get a keep for much less than that and sell the tower for profit.. think it through lettuce

so stupid, it really does get annoying and almost feel like immaturity at its highest point when people do this. its basically like a "if I cant have it neither can you, naner naner boo boo!!"
