Looking for reliable armor set vendor

I've been unable to locate a player run vendor that reliably has dexer suits for sale at reasonable prices. A vendor for poisoned weapons would be nice also. Does anyone have one or know the location of one?

I stock both Iron dex suits and poisoned weapons. I'm pretty good at keeping things stocked, but I do get bought out on occasion. My store location is in my signature.
