UO Second Age

Went looking for another frenzie yesterday and finally spotted a couple next to each other on a ledge above me somewhere in the Lost Lands. Neither could attack me and I started taming the cool looking blue one and was good after about 4 attempts - both frenzies immediately started attacking each other.

Really wanted the blue one so I started casting GH on him and I went gray. Forget how many times I cast it . Blue frenzie kills the other one, I run up to get him, and he followed my all stay command while I hid for a few minutes while grey. We then gate to Delucia and all is good.

Why did I go gray casting GH on my newly tamed pet in the first place?

Your pet was flagged criminal for attacking you before it was tamed. It will remain a criminal until 2 minutes passes after it was last aggressive in battle. You went gray for healing a criminal pet.
