No need for a broker, its a noob item that will probably end up being traded for house deeds which are also newbified.

but you need to verify that the key is indeed newbied (dieing with it on your person)

i want to clarify if this is in fact a blank newbie key, and not a newbied key that is already used but named 'blank'.
