Don't let the bastards trying to corner the real estate market rip you off! I placed a 2 storey yesterday.

Yep there are spots out there.
Last week I put up a Tower on a empty spot.
Helped out 2 new guys by showing them each a place to put a brick or L.

Rip off? It's not like they are charging double. Heck, most go for between 20k-40k over deed. That's really not that much.

True most of the guys selling the houses are not really asking much over the price of the deed. I think that is pretty cool. It takes time running all over the place finding spots. I just like doing it when I have time to for people.

This is one thing I can agree with, only a select few houses go for way over deed price. I had someone offer me an L for deed +10k. Seems pretty reasonable
