TOWER HAS BEEN SOLD. Thanks to the buyer who most likely wants to be kept secret due to a PM bid. Also thanks to Halogen who brokered for free, fast and really professional.

Consolidating my properties to ultimately own just one, first on the chopping block is this fine looking tower directly east of Skara docks. Screen shots of the tower and the location are below. (I still can't get UOAM to work)


Please start the bidding at the tower deed + small house deed. Increments of 5k or by house deeds, thanks!


I reserve the right to sell the house by PM/IRC, or not sell it at all.


Some background on the neighbors:

There is a keep to the west, not sure who owns it... never see them around, Arsen use to own it. Along the path north of the tower is Militia small houses.

Also directly to the south is a Rune Library and GM Smith Vendor in a 2-Story L-Shape. As long as you don't piss off KWS ( they live SW of the tower) you should be very peaceful in this neighborhood.

Out of curiosity, why do people bid via PM as opposed to in the thread?

Not with Pacifico but a lot of time sellers just say they got PM'd to up the price(its a crock of crap)
Other reasons for bidding on a house is if you have enemies on the forum you don't want them to know that you're moving into a new home.
