Yew Vendor House. Between Bank and Moongate. (SOLD)

Great location just three smalls space away from Yew Bank. I've only run this as a vendor for two weeks selling tinker and carpentry items and bows and still had 386 visits and lots of sales. There's an almost constant flow of people moving about the area. I can't dedicate the time required to running a busy vendor and I'd rather not do it at all than do it badly so I'm selling the building.
All contents included. Chests and crates are GM tinkered.
I'd like to keep it simple at purchaser pays me then I transfer the house to them. I understand that'll put some off but that's the only deal on offer. All I can say is I'm not going to be scamming anyone.
Starts at deed + small deed. Minimum 10k increments from there. I'll let it run for four days.
