Selling Tower

SOLD to private bidder for deed + small house deed. The bunny ran away, but did its job
Consolidating my properties to settle down and have some kids in a keep or something. Up on the chopping block this week is this lovely tower that use to house the Goon squad. It is conveniently located in GOON TOWN which is dead. There are two small houses, two towers, and an L-shape within a few screens.
It is also a few screens south east of the hedge maze.
Bids start at deed + 20k... increments of 5k please!
I reserve the right to sell the tower via IRC or PMs. I wanna get rid of this thing pretty fast so throw me an offer if you are looking to live in this wonderful tower. (Bunny is included while supplies last)
