UO Second Age

I am currently a tank mage:
100 mage
100 swords
100 tactics
100 eval int
100 anatomy
93 resist (cant get it up higher idk why or how)
100 meditation,

90 strength 90 int 45 dex

I need to know if dex affects casting speed. If it does I think I should raise it, but at what expense? What is the least dex a tank mage should have? Keep in mind magery is most important to me, I barely use swords.

Also, how is my stats/skill template? Is there power scrolls in this shard? what can I do to make my guy a better PvP? I'm tired of recalling away from PKs. I want to kill em.

dex doesn't affect casting time

100 str
100 int
25 dex, (you are using the hally exploit anyway)

Sometimes people use 35 dex, which is good because if you are really great at timing your hally you can swing before your opponent, getting more hits, while making them wrestle wasting their hally. It's really up to you there, I would prefer 25 dex for a non-duelist personally.

You will not kill them, they will recall out before you.
