UO Second Age

I have a scavenger clue telling me to go past the feathered cries, before the whipping vines use your eyes. So no better than Covetous! Well in between the two spawns are switches, can I use these or something? I dont think I can use the switches on the walls but thats the only thing that makes sense.

Not looking for a solution clearly the post says "Do the switches do anything" Not give me the answer. The question I asked is if the switches do anything in Covetous level 1.

By pulling the switches in the proper order, you can get 1 of 2 results.

1. Several gazers spawn in a room to the north.

2. A portal opens up. It looks like a moongate but it is purple and if you click it the name reads "Hey, don't go in here." If you go in, you die and can only be resurrected by someone with both GM cooking and GM begging. That pretty much narrows it down to Pristiq, chainsoar, and about ten characters Matron has made in the last week. You probably shouldn't go in them.

lol I would end up going in if it was true. lol I ran into the flamestrike room in the fire dungeon 2nd floor once. It wasnt pretty.

Did you ever figure out how to solve this one? I have been in Covetous for like an hour and cant get any of the levers to work they all stay you cant reach them.

As the others have already indicated to you, discussion about the scavenger hunt is not allowed in the forums or main channel on IRC.

If you must ask someone, send a private message to some of the veteran players or ask in-game. I am sure those who have done it will be happy to help you. We do not want it in the forum or main irc channel because we don't want to ruin it for those who have not.
