UO Second Age

These are not obtained at all the way they were in T2. I have yet to even see one in the game which has saddened me to no end. I loved these containers more then anything else in the game.

Do you have any plans on changing it so we can obtain these in the future?

You mean the little co-owner boxes? Or the gold-trimmed t-chest ones, cause we have the t-chest ones here.

The little ones that look just like the ballet boxes.

I use to find them in Wind back in 2000. I look every now and then on this server and have yet to find one. I just figured it was a random daily rare that I kept missing

That's what they were, to my knowledge at least. It's possible that OSI added them later on as a rare after the game was already diluted with them from an exploit. That is what happened with many other items anyway, black dye tubs for example.

Dont know about the ballot box bug but these were never called ballot boxes. always just metal boxes.

Hard to remember 13 years ago but i swore that they were even around before ballot boxes came into exsistance but i could be wrong and BB were around since opening day.

i even had probably 10 on my character on Atlantic when i quit in 2002.

I'm pretty sure these (initially at least) came from co-owner boxes being unlocked somehow.

ya i also forget as it was along time ago, but i remember it was something with either co owner boxs or ballot boxs, and a way to unlock them

Both seem to suggest they were around (but very rare) before coowners, but most were later created using a bug.
