Are house prices correct?

I was looking through this..

and found where some of the homes (wood shack, L shape for instance) had a comment about "costing a few more GP than the other (identical size) home.

I'm pretty sure thats from when the Shop-types were still available. This could help explain price deviations:

The numbers are somewhat approximate, because even though the buildings grouped together are extremely similar, they do vary slightly, and therefore may have one or two more or less lockdowns than described below.

I'm sorry i missed that original thread.

I'd be happy to look into this if we could find out more precise info. The variability of lockdowns is pretty intriguing.

There were certain homes that had slightly lower/higher prices than their counterparts.
