UO Second Age

So I'm at the bank and I step away from the computer for a few mins and I come back and I'm dead. Not a problem, that was my bad but the weird thing is this. I'm blue, theres a group of people looting me that are also blue and theres not murder gump. How did this happen? I checked my journal and it said that I saw so and so and there was a countdown of some sort but it started at 4 not 3 for explo pots. I dont care that I died, my horse was still alive, only lost some regs and such but I'm baffled by the whole scenerio.

Probably perma-grey.

Sounds like they lured some monsters over? Could be 1000 different things.

Yea but there were no guards and the looters didnt turn grey.

I dont know about the perma grey but its possible. This guy isn't grey but he has killed people. Another thing is I had another character there so he started looting and turned grey and got guardwhacked.

In that case you weren't perma grey. The only reason I can think of is that you were warred with another guild, but I'm sure you'd be able to tell that from the journal. That does sound pretty baffling.
