Having run a community center and charity fund on Catskills prior to Trammel, I'd like to do the same again. However, to help new players or those recently PKed, it needs to be an easily accessible location...one that people will likely find just by wandering. A community center doesn't' do much good if no one in the community can find it.

Size: At least a large patio.
Location: Near a moongate, town, or often traveled stretch of road.
