Friend having trouble with Que actions.

I have a friend that plays on here but his english isn't all that great so I am asking for him. Ok so you know when you get those que actions that come up, like it will say it has 4.5 seconds left and queued action whatever? Well he says that it happens to him all the time whenever he does stuff and doesnt know how to get rid of it. He says even when he logs on into the game he gets it right away. I didn't really know how to help I suggested he turn off the auto que option in razor under "more options" but he says that it didnt help. He also has windows 7 so I dont know if that makes a difference I hear a lot of people have problems with windows 7. Any help is much appreciated.
