Just down from the east Brit road sitting on nice grass
With very little spawn and no neighbors in the front or back.
The keep is public and open for viewing.
Bidding will start at castle + 2 story deed, Buyout is castle, tower and brick deed
All bids welcome and we value privacy.

anything less and its not worth it to sell it.
For your budget maybe ice island is a better fit.
The reality of this housing is that opening bid is 1.5 mil.
If you have a problem with the price your welcome not to bid.
But whining about the price is pointless because I was pretty clear in my OP, that short of a 1.5 bid we aint selling.

I have no Idea Matron, I have never seen the neighbors.
The keep is public if you want to go by and check it out.
I thought it nice there are no North and south neighbors
Only east and west, the Lshape is for sale too I think.
