you guys which spells u gotta do to train those 2 skills??

Lightning from 50-62 or 64ish then Ebolt from there. Think flamestrike in the 90s although not 100% sure. Better off checking in the Guides section.

firefield 0-55
lightning 55-65
ebolt 65-80+ (caps at 85)
