Today I am selling my L-Shape, which is located on Horseshoe Island. Very peaceful house with little to no active neighbors around, very private home!
Bidding starts at deed + 20k , buyout will be deed + small.

No you were in on it. You agreed to broker the deal. I handed off the house to YOUR guy you said was you. Then you didnt even have the deeds, you gated out and your friend went in the gate with you. if you have nothing to do with it explain to me the job of a broker plz?
