Wyrm attacks gazer ...pk comes...say *name kill* pk....wyrm ignores order and continues it's current attack and ignores you. Tested over 20 times and same results.

Not era accurate.

I care.

There are a few bugs related to pets as a result of the last couple patches. We're working on it, and sorry for the delayed response.

All stay command no longer works for hired NPC either

Spamming all stay and still getting hollowed out by his shitty axe.

They should always attack you anyway. I think that was intentional. The "whack the npc, while it sits there like a dummy" training of the past 2 years was inaccurate. I remember training weapon skills to GM from a paladin in Delucia, but I always had to macro healing myself and him.

I've found the problem with this, it only happens with particular creatures.

This should be fixed tommorrow. It was completely missed in testing.

Thanks.

Ya, I'm having the same problem with my Frenzied. I tell him to guard and he makes a noise and doesn't do anything. And that's with my tamer.

Is he ignoring your follow/stay orders also? Sounds more like you are having a problem controlling the pet. I have about 80 taming and I can't control my frenzied.

That's possibly a loyalty issue; there are two sounds they can make when given a command, and accept and refuse sound. If you don't get a target I suspect he is refusing the command. Frenzied are pretty hard to control. Are you GM taming and Lore?

Like to add that i have noticed that when something attacks a dragon from the other side of a wall....they don't run up to the wall...they dance around moving up and down over and over non stop. Makes it impossible to ever heal them.

Some serious issues are going on here.

1) Pets get "stuck" on their target. It seems they are re-acquiring their target at least every 1 second. They should not be re-acquiring at all. This basically means once your pet is in combat it wont listen to you (all follow me works but the pet is still attacking the aggressor).

Using "All Stop" before re-targeting will work if you are trying to switch targets. This seems highly unnecessary and wonky.
You basically have to give a successful "All Stop" command before you can do anything with your pets properly.

2) Pet Speed. Should pets not move at the same "attacking speed" as they did when wild? Why does taming a pet currently make it slow as hell. White Wyrms in particular are extremely slow!.

Pets are currently "acting" like they are un-tame when it comes to casting spells/melee, Which I think is correct (preventing pet bombs and such). So is it not fair to say that they should move at their un-tame speed as well?

3) White Wyrm's. I realize White Wyrm's cast mass curse and sometimes attack each other when in groups, this is correct however; It is very hard to get them to stop attacking each other once they have began fighting.

"All Stop" in this scenario does not seem to be working properly. When the "All Stop" command is issued, the pets will successfully stop, yet if you do not wait the ridiculously long timer before issuing any other command, they will begin fighting each other again (even if you switch their combating targets, I dont get it). Wonky.

4) Murderer's and Dragons. I know this was once a sensitive topic and has been discussed before, but.... All I gotta say is I hope there is some real strong evidence that this is correct. A Pet attacking it's master for no reason regardless if he is Red, Grey or Blue is just silly and makes very little sense.

And that's all.
