Not exactly sure what it would cost, but I'm offering 25k, and I'm willing to talk as long as it's a reputable vendor.

$$$ rune library has a level 4 chest runebook, should just copy them yourself and save the gold i think theres only like 5-10 runes

their rune library is missing a few spots and doesn't include t2a chests

I don't have one for sale but anyone thinking of making one for this kind fellow; I'd be willing to match his price and buy one as well, so you could get twice the money for only a few more regs.
