UO Second Age

I have been trying to GM tracking and I am stuck at 97.0 I had been doing it in my house but it has frozen there and I can't get a gain. I have plenty of room under the cap. I have tried moving from my house into town and back and tracking different things. Is there any trick to getting to 100? What did you guys do to get there?

Make sure the arrow is up, and some other skill is set down if you are at the skill cap (700).

I would go out into the middle of nowhere and use the skill so there is no chance that it will be "too crowded" on use. It's kind of slow I guess.
