UO Second Age

I don't know when this changed on osi but i GMed resist by spawning like 50 daemons at that tower and it never spawned balrons.

Anyone know when this was possible? Or if it should be here?

Currently you can spawn 1 or 2 at a time and a balron randomly.

This custom encounter at the hedgemaze was part of what was ment to be a little quest that was started about a year ago and never got finished

Relvinian was never seen at the hedgemaze to my knowledge either during era, but it is his home.
