REPORTED ISSUE: Tailoring when tring to sell goods after making them

ISSUE DETAILS:
Made the following:
Doublet can sell for 13 gold
Shirt can sell for 18 gold
Fancy Shirt can sell for 27 gold
Tuinc can sell for 17
Surcoat can not sell 0 gold
Plain Dress can sell for 30 gold
Fancy Dress can sell for 12 gold
Jester suit can sell for 25

What I find possibly wrong is that I can not sell anywhere a Surcoat and all so that a Fancy Dress seems mighty low compaired to a Plain Dress. I would think a fancy Dress would be more money due to its not Plain. LOL

O and I have not been gaining any level incress with Tailoring I'm about 30% and I just got done in the past two days tailoring over 1500 worth of cloth and have not gained one increase...

Those prices don't seem out of line to what was era accurate. Even refusing to purchase surcoats.

As to not gaining skill, it depends on your skill and what your making.

Seems like you should follow this:
<50ish fancy shirts (until you stop gaining -- actually profitable)
~50 cloaks (until you can make robes somewhat reliably)
50.7 robes
70.2 gorgets
75.7 studded gorgets

I did this (I started at 50 though, and did cloaks till here):
54.6 Robe (31000 cloth)
74.7 Gorget (2100 leather)
78.9 Studded Gorget (31500 leather)

Cut up and reuse the cloth from cloaks/robes -- it isn't worth much selling them.

NPCs know that if they purchase surcoats hemperor will pk them to obtain them!

It's not a PK, they turn orange to me.
