SOLD - Selling Yew Merchant Center (L-Shape)

I'm selling my shop, the Yew Merchant Center. It's located along the road in Yew, just outside guardzone. It borders the east side of the sheep pen nearest the Yew bank. Very light spawn, just the occasional harpy or ettin. Seems to be a favorite spot for wandering healers too (record was four in one screen).

It's a fairly established location, and an attentive merchant can make quite a bit of coin there. It has every usable house add-on in it, as well as a very small rune library. All this is included with the purchase.

The condition of this sale is that I won't be transferring ownership (or accepting payment) until I finish running my going away event. I'd hope to have this done on 24th or 25th, but nothing is solid yet.

Ending time for this auction is 10pm EST on Sunday, with a fifteen minute extension after last bid to make sure there's no sniping.

I'll put starting bid at deed plus 20k.

People have been asking about buyout pricing, and while I generally don't care for it in my auctions, I'll put a high buyout price in case someone wants it just that much. I'll put buyout at 2 L-Shape deeds. Yes, I realize it's unrealistic, but it's there for consideration and to reduce PM's about buyout pricing. The same restriction on date of transfer and payment applies to the buyout price as well. Happy bidding!

This is a fantastic and well known establishment, well worth the investment even at this Buyout price, had I not been tied up with guild related objectives this would be high on my list.

I'd say the work you put into the traffic this shop now gets makes it worth your buy out price .. If I wasn't already at my work load limit I would take it.
