Probably give it away for what ever the first offer is. Even if it's only a kindly "thank you" it was still open this morning (about 2 hours ago).
Was even thinking if someone has a small to place there. We could each farm half an L deed and then sell the L later.

Ice Island isnt a POPULAR area. Its just an area that has tons of housing. There is a difference. If it was in fact a popular area there would have been several people watching it IDOC and replaced instantly.
