Is there any place where I can find a map that labels all the islands by their affectionate player-given names?
I've heard of a few, but I have no idea where they are. 1st Ameba island? Marble island? Etc.

It even works with your misspelled "amoeba", because Google is awesome

But, my request still stands, because I don't know the names of all of the
other little islands...
