WTB Advertising AD

I am opening up a small vendor mall and would like to hire someone to come up with an AD, this ad must contain some l33T Graphics, look professional and have a catchy slogan pertaining to the location, name a reasonable price and have something done previously to show me what you're capable of, thanks.
