Alright Ladies and Gents....Here is the king of vendor homes. Located just one screen from the bank and a few from the moongate, this vendor home sees more then 200 sets of foot falls a day! Were opening the bidding at Lshape + small, and the buyout Two large brick deeds (which is what i paid for it). The house for sale right next to me is up for a keep deed minimum. I know its a steal and its gonna be first come first serve!

That doesn't really say much. If you can't spit on a bank or moongate from your front steps its no more valuable than any other small in the area.

I sold the house if front of this one a few months back for 2x deed. This spot may be marginally better, but I have a hard time seeing anyone biting at over 6.5xdeed for an opening bid, never mind the 10xdeed buyout. You may as well hold out for castle deed.

Meh, its half a screen from the bank and the biggest vendor house on our server so....i think its pretty awesome. Someone will come along that requires a good vendor house, and here it will be, waiting for them.

This isn't a vendor house. The large patio behind bank is a "vendor house" the small houses in ocllo is a "vendor house" houses right over the bridges on the vesper strip are "vendor houses" houses at brit gravyard are "vendor houses", a house among 1304 other houses near yew moongate/bank/not really sure what you'd say it's closer to is not a "hot vendor house" worth a tower deed.

Weird, I figured this would have sold by now. Seeing where as its THE BEST VENDOR HOUSE EVER!!!

I will start the bidding at a reasonable amount. Deed + chain mail tunic of defense.
