UO Second Age

So I keep hearing about the mythical rune library holding locations to sheep pens, dungeons, towns, etc... but every house i try and run up into is locked, or just plain empty-

does anyone have a suggestion on where to find one or more of these places or have a home with one they are willing to share with the general public. if not, just PM me

If you are going to run around britannia and look for that house like that, it's gonna take a while.

Ask around the bank for someone with a rune to Roadkills library.

roadkills (justice island)
loops tower west/northwest of britain moongate
yew bank mall behind empath abbey
$$$ tower south tip of moonglow
and various other places around

C^V has a rune tower about 4 or 5 screens due North of Vesper.

There are several near Vesper. There's the Vesper Inn Rune Lib, another in the Vesp Strip, and C^V's tower as Atraxi mentioned.
