I was buy 2 store house last week and I had try out build a house around map but not possible deploy it.
Shard=house dumping ground.
I think may be Clear the house, player that take out the game.

you can place one house per character, and you can have 3 accounts, so there will always be lots of unused houses.

best thing to do is to buy a house that is already placed from the trading forums. a 2 story house will maybe cost you an extra 30-40k if its placed, but its easier than looking for a place yourself. also, if you buy a house from another player, make sure you dont get scammed. use a broker.

You know what guys this is a valid complaint, it's total BS how some people here have so many damn houses, era accurate perhaps but it wasn't as common because ya know accts. cost money.

Should be ONE HOUR PER ACCOUNT. Cause its ridiculous around here, all the houses are owned by a few and no spots remain except for some smalls.

One house per account was UO:R. One house per character was T2A.

Yeah I'm aware of that, all I'm saying is that era-accuracy sometimes sucks, and what I meant was it's not era accurate as it is easy to have 3 accts and thus a crapload of houses, it's the result that counts, and the result is ... too many houses by too few, thats all I'm saying.

its true that it sucks but even if you cant place a house, for an extra 20-40k you can buy one ready placed. not that bad really.

Yeah. Im selling a 2-story for deed plus 5k. With like 8k of addons inside of it. And we could go the full era accuracy and make it so there isnt a place for smalls even.

there are plenty of housing spots left ... even Large Houses,
if you want a tower, Keep or Castle, you need to just pick the area!.. buy out your neighbor or wait till they stop playing and go idoc .. everything is possible!!!

Shrug I guess you guys are right, but still I guess I just hate knowing all these empty houses are sitting around just land sitting, better it was empty.

We do this. Houses on inactive accounts or banned account become non-refreshable (condemned)
