"Keep will fit here" Brilliant new sales strategy? Or flat out lie. Todays consumer needs to be aware of what he's buying. There are lie's about in the real estate market. We all remember when the hot new sales pitch was "X amount of screens from Yew Gate." Well my friends, that was yesterday, this is today. BeatingU, liar? Scammer? Or economical genius! It seems he has found the yew gate x amount of screen replacement strategy. "Keep will go here." Looks good doesn't it! Makes me excited just to read those words when im looking at a piece of virtually worthless property. My excitment however usually wears off when I recall to the spots and find that a keep most certainly will NOT go there. Never the less, it seems a solid strategy for sales and I think we should all accept it as the new standard in today's market in which "x amount of screens from Yew gate" no longer moves property.

I never said in irc I wanted that spot. And i'll post where I want. I am not trash talking. Im asking a valid quesiton, thus it belongs in the discussion forum. Stop being a fanboy and trying to live in my limelight. I told beatinU about that idoc. If I was so worried about it why would I tell him where it was and then not even camp it myself.
