how much to buy a starter house??

as the topic says, how much do i have to save to get a house. I currently only have 5k...

It's about 44k for a small house deed.
There are loads of spots to place one yourself, or you can buy one placed by another player for typically 10-20k over the deed price, rising sharply for some prime spots.

i'll just worry about the cash before i start worrying about where to place it. I now have about 6k, lol

Well, he wasn't all "Give me a free house". He seemed like he was willing to work towards something.

Thanks for the offer Matron, i will look out for you online. I managed to add another 2k to my savings yesterday so i am getting richer all the time.
