Seems to be an overflow of ghost penis. The ratio is pretty bad. Ladies come and join! haha.

You could throughout all of T2A. It was only at the beginning of UOR house placement that this was changed. I think full water barrels and corpses were the only things that still blocked after this.

Players, monsters, animals, and all “dynamic” objects (items that can be moved by players) will automatically be moved to the eject location of a house (under the house sign) when a house is placed in a location they occupy. This will keep players or objects from blocking house placement. This system will be active on both Trammel and Felucca.
