Looking for community house or housing

I played Chesapeake throughout the T2A expansion era, only quitting slightly prior to the UO:R, disgusted at the upcoming expansion.
Restarting here, quite enthused about the existence of a shard true to the era.
Trying to earn enough to fund creating my new Mage character as well as buying a house, but seem to see a lot of available places to live posted in other messages. So if anyone has something they can open and include me in as I recreate and relearn, it would be very appreciated.
