That's a very low buyout for a newbied key blank, especially from a trustworthy person like Kelektra

i was thinking the same thing. i think its worth double that... that last newibied key option was a fluke. Id take a stab at 400k

Kelektra let me test it just now by dying with the key on me, it is a newbied blank key
I have two right now, don't need anymore, just pointing out that it's a great buyout price, as many of them have sold for 300k and higher
