How do you know they are level 3 maps?

got all of them from liches

Liches drop lvl 1 or lvl 3.

DV, liches give lvls 1 and 3.
If you want to sort them out try decoding them with no cart skill. If it lets you attempt then its a lvl 1, otherwise its a 3.
Since Lazarus asked first, he has dibs, but if he doesnt want them and you dont mind me testing them out with 0 cart, Ill take everything my char cant decode. If youd like we can have a broker test them and do the cash/map transfer for us.
