Fully Equipped Mining House Near Wind Entrance

Small House. Comes with Small Forge, Anvil, Loom, Spinning Wheel and Secure Chest. Potion Keg Not Included. Great Mining Spot on the road between Yew and Vesper/Minoc. Close to Wind entrance, Chaos Shrine and an Order Guard post.
Was going to re-deed it but instead I'll put it up here for a week. First Small Deed gets it. Add-ons are free.
