Window resizing with Windows Vista

If I configure the in game options (Alt + O) and push OKAY, or APPLY, the play screen size automatically goes to the lower setting 640x480 when I want it to be 800x600. I've tried using Razor to force the game size, but the effect is still the same. I know an option for this is to not use the in-game options, but Razor doesn't have a few things.
Anybody have a fix?

If you're running in windowed mode, make sure you only have one client open, change "Game Play Window Size" to 800x600, then log off and close the client. Reopen the client and you should have the larger window.
