House Decay

I know the policy is that accounts will never be deleted (which is great for me since I travel a lot), but if I were to place a house, would it decay...if I can't log in to refresh it for a while?

yes, houses decay. I'm not sure what rate but probably a month.

Decay is 30 days, but any friend of the house may refresh it by opening the door
