UO Second Age

Hello UOSA,
Back from my job over seas and looking to play again. Was gone for close to a year so interested in what has changed since then. All my stuff has decayed so will take some time getting prepped again. I noticed an active pirate guild which is cool to see. Also great to see the population staying strong. Not wild about the mount tiring out just from running around town and not sure what all that is about but I guess I will try it out for a while and see how it works. Dont think it worked quite like that originally...lol
Anyways, good to be back. Hope my job can keep me home more. =)

Welcome back...Pirates have taken over parts of the defunct town of Turtle Bay. Mount stamina can be refreshed by dismounting and saying "all follow me". It is apparently accurate to the era.

If you moved out of one country and into another for a year...why couldnt you just play from there? Unless your job is being a gimp and living in a box for someone...how much does that pay? This double dip is killin me!

Most people in other countries usualy dont play because of the lag. Also, in most third world countries(if that was the case) it is difficult to find high speed internet.

Was working as a full time musician on a few cruise ships. They have internet but not good enough for gaming unfortunately. Got burnt out and am now back home.

I remember horse fatigue but don't remember the horse stopping, only walking slower. It is enough of a pain I would have remembered lol.

Yeah a year is a long time, it is just good to see the shard still going strong.
