The Ban Appeal and Questioning of the Motives behind Nevermore's Decisions

I bring you all to court today to discuss a very touchy matter. Yes, it is I, Master Performer and Gangster, Spectacular Romance, aka NotSciuto on the IRC. Today, at 10:58 PM and 12:24 AM I was banned from the IRC.

The First Ban:

I was telling the IRC of a story from my recent playings of the underrated MMORPG Ultima Online. This story was supposedly deemed "off-topic" by the mod, Nevermore. However, I showed undeniable proof that it did indeed pertain to the game. I was backed up by various people. Unable to take a simple correction, Nevermore insists to pursue me! He claims stories are not allowed on the IRC! There is no rule denying that and if I recall from reading the IRC, people tell stories of their adventures on the IRC a long time ago. Mine, however, was exempt from this as it was not needed for the forums because it twas on a short one indeed. It was also directed towards a single user. Of course, anybody could read this "story", but I was talking to a certain user. The way I write is a rare kind. The writing of a self-proclaimed performer and gangster, so I could see how it would be daunting to read for some and even considered a "story" to the even fewer. He then said I was "cluttering up the chat"! I never knew the IRC had some sort of limit on what could be posted. Does it have to empty itself every now and then? Am I filling it up too much? I'm "cluttering it up"? I responded trying to grasp on how this even works, but I was banned for one hour.

The Second Ban:

I returned, happy to be back on the IRC. I was immediately questioned by a fellow asking me "if I was banned?" Being the conversationalist that I am, I answered him. Nevermore was back again and was already on my tail! He practically said, "Mods are able to modify the rules in anyway they see fit!" I stood aghast; surprised. I wanted to know more because I didn't recall seeing that before. I wanted to know why he would "modify the rules" so he could ban me. What did I do wrong...? I politely inquired him more into this matter, however he banned me without a second thought.

I don't understand this. I did nothing wrong. I am no troll. I broke no rules. I wish for compensation by being unbanned. If someone can read the chat logs it would be most gracious evidence to this case, but I hope you can take my word for it, nonetheless. I know he is a mod and he deserves respect (which he got), but I don't think he can get so much leeway for such outrageous bans.

He does tend to go out of control but that doesn't matter, hes always right. LOL You should read the old post about him.... but they were probably sent to trash talk. :/ Gotta dig um up!
