recall scrolls

anyone know a specific place where i can get recall scrolls from?
and what about mark scrolls?
anyone know where i can get those? (and what magery they require to use)

Hey, man. I've got recall scrolls on my vendor for less than most other vendors. If you are ever in Vesper, I'm right near the bank, one tile outside of the guard zone. Check out my vendor's thread for a map.
