Pro tip: any time something is on the market for over a month and no one is bidding on it, rather than offer less than the opening bid you offer 200k MORE.

Ok this is back on the market. It is the last and nicest of my Destard swamp keeps. What i am going to do is lower the price as the previous guy who was living in it that was suppose to pay in installments only ever paid a 2-story deed. I will take that into consideration with my new price, happy bidding.
