Says to contact site/board admin-- catch 22 since I can't PM. Am I alone in experiencing this, or is there a time lock on new accounts from posting/PMing?
As a new member of the forums not all functions will be available to you. Once you've made a few posts and made yourself comfortable, you'll gain access to full functions.
This system is to help with getting rid of spammers and trouble makers.
