How is the IP to IRC channel and where I can download it?

Sard, bienvenido!!
Sigue la liga que te puso Dagon, ahí te puedes montar a IRC sin necesidad de bajar ningún programa. Una vez que te conectes, si tienes alguna duda, metete al canal #C^V, lo único que tienes que hacer es escribir "/join #C^V".
Ahi me puedes buscar a mi, o a Chibi que también habla español.
