I'm confused by all of these housing sales. When you say 1 small deed, does that mean you want a different small house that is already placed? plus 15k?

house deeds are the preferred from of payment ie when i say 1 small deed + 15k i mean i will sell you the placed house in exchange for 1 small deed (43,800k) and 15k cash, basically to replace the cost of the placed house and to net 15k profit
