Secure Containers - Incorrect Message

REPORTED ISSUE: Secure Containers - Incorrect message given when an attempt is made to release with a co-owned character.
ISSUE DETAILS: When trying to release a locked down and secure container with a co-owned character, the message '[no longer locked down]' is displayed, while the object stays locked down and secure.
ENVIRONMENT DETAILS: Windows XP Home Edition, 512MB RAM, Client version 5.0.8.3
STEPS TO RECREATE: Attempt to release a locked down and secured container from a house you are co-owned to.
EXPECTED RESULTS: The message given should not inform the co-owner that the container is no longer locked down since releasing secure containers with a co-owner is not possible.
