Its a quest item from 08 called the ogre expulsion
you would meet some npcs paladins outside despise and head on down to destory the ogre lords with em
was liek a champ spawn of ogre lords on taht island in the basement
when you killed the boss one the ogr eloot chest spawns on the ground full of loot
(9/10 times the ogres would walk and destroy the chest)
The quest was removed due to bug issues?

sorry to take thread on a tangent but there is still a few small quests - a weather map quests, a mining quest, shemps blade and a small one at brit gy with zombies
also the scavenger hunt quest
