OSI Accurate would be to delete the ships on day one actually, but I think the Harbormaster is giving you a chance to save some of them :)

We have had that Discussion in the past .. and your answer was that boat Blockades were not illegal,

are Boat Blockades now Illegal?... and punishable by boat Deletion?

I understood your question to be about accuracy. I'm not sure what the harbor master might do.

So boat blocking is a gm-reportable offense now?

On OSI, Darkwings boats would have certainly been deleted if the right GM was summoned.

Though, OSI would have also banned 1/2 the people here for afk macroing, 1/4 for harassment, and the remaining 1/4 for good measure.

Seems like Darkwing should be able to keep his boat spots just as any other player is allowed to ghost-block housing locations.
